I find art. I notice art. I capture art.

I'm not sure I'm an artist. Yet there is an important element of composition in what I do.

Clearly my composition is influenced by abstract expressionism.  Yet I find an "organic" abstraction. Precisely because I find more than make, is that derivative?

I see something similar, something shared.  You may disagree.  Clyfford Still would be offended by the implication of there being anything remotely representational in his work
